Admission Counsellor

. We are looking for a dynamic, empathetic, and result-driven professional who can effectively guide prospective parents and students through the admission process, while representing the school's vision, values, and academic excellence. The ideal candidate will play a key role in student enrolment, parent engagement, and institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for parents and students seeking admission-related information Counsel parents on the school's curriculum (CBSE), pedagogy, facilities, and student development programs Manage the complete admission cycle--from enquiry handling to final enrollment Conduct school tours and admission presentations in a professional and engaging manner Maintain accurate admission records, enquiry databases, and follow-up trackers Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students Address parent queries with clarity, empathy, and prompt resolution Support marketing and outreach initiatives such as open houses, school events, and campaigns Achieve enrollment targets while maintaining high standards of parent satisfaction Ensure compliance with school policies and documentation procedures

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Education / Management / Psychology preferred) Relevant experience in admissions, counselling, sales, or parent relations (school or education sector preferred) Familiarity with CBSE schools and admission processes will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,184.30 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
