Job Title: Admissions Counsellor

Role Summary: The Admissions Counsellor plays a pivotal role in guiding students through the entire admission process. The position requires a mix of empathy, strong communication, and sales acumen to convert leads into successful admissions. The counsellor acts as the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, ensuring a professional and informative experience.

Key Responsibilities:
? Engage with prospective students through walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries.
? Conduct in-depth counseling sessions explaining program details, eligibility, and fee structure.
? Follow up regularly with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp until conversion.
? Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM tools or Excel trackers.
? Support the admissions office in organizing events, webinars, and campus visits.
? Coordinate with marketing teams for lead nurturing and event participation.
? Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets as per institutional goals.
? Ensure high-quality engagement and build rapport with students and parents.

? Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
