Job Summary
The Admission Counsellor is responsible for guiding and supporting prospective students and their parents through the school's admission process. This role requires effective communication, strong customer service, and the ability to present the school's academic programmes, culture, and offerings in a professional and engaging manner. The Admissions Counsellor will be the first point of contact for many families and plays a key role in ensuring a positive experience from enquiry to enrolment.
Key Responsibilities
Enquiry Handling
Respond to enquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, emails and WhatsApp messages.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information about Sanctus World School's curriculum, facilities, fees, and admission procedures.
Maintain enquiry records and follow up regularly.
Parent & Student Counselling
Counsel parents and students about educational programmes, school philosophy, and student life.
Understand the needs of families and help assess the most suitable grade/offerings.
Explain admission criteria, documentation requirements, and timelines. Glassdoor
Admission Process Coordination
Assist families through the full admission lifecycle--from initial enquiry to final enrolment confirmation.
Schedule and coordinate school tours, meetings, student assessments, and interviews.

Communication & Team Coordination
Liaise with the academic, administrative, and accounts teams to ensure smooth admissions onboarding.
Follow up with parents for pending documents, fee payments, and confirmations. Glassdoor
Reporting & Data Management
Update admission data and enquiries daily in the CRM or school database.
Prepare regular reports on enquiries, conversions, and admission trends for management. Glassdoor
Representation & Professionalism
Represent the school professionally during visits, open houses, and admissions events.
Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.

Skills & Qualifications Education
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Education, Communication, or related fields preferred). Glassdoor
Experience
