Admission Counselor
Qualification:
Any Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration
Minimum 2 years of prior school experience is highly desirable
Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication
Proficient in CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and school software
Confident in managing parental interactions and admissions effortlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective parents and provide detailed information about school programs, admission process, and policies.
Handle the complete admission cycle - inquiries, campus tours, applications, assessments, and enrollment confirmations.
Make follow-up calls to parents regarding admissions and fee payments, ensuring timely collection.
Enter and update student details accurately in the school portal / CRM systems.
Ensure student data entry and compliance on regulatory portals and udise.
Maintain admission records, reports, and ensure timely updates in school MIS.
Support school events such as open houses, orientation, and parent engagement programs.
Address parental queries promptly with professionalism and empathy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
