The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process, providing accurate information about the school's curriculum, policies, and facilities, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new students.
Key Responsibilities
Handle admission inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Counsel prospective parents and students on academic programs, admission criteria, and school policies.
Conduct campus tours and explain facilities to parents and students.
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students.
Support in planning and executing admission events, orientation sessions, and open houses.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth admission procedures.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions in the school database/CRM.
Assist in preparing admission reports and MIS for management review.
Ensure excellent customer service and represent the school positively at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, Business Administration, or related field).
Prior experience in counselling, admissions, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and local language proficiency).
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
