Role Summary

The Admission Counsellor will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and parents at Lakhotia College of Design's Tarnaka Campus. The role involves guiding students through the admission process, showcasing the college's unique offerings, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience while meeting enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

Handle walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and online inquiries for admissions. Counsel students and parents about courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities. Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-up and relationship building. Guide students in completing applications, documentation, and fee payments. Maintain records of leads and admissions on CRM/admission software. Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for student onboarding. Participate in admission drives, campus events, and education fairs. Work towards achieving monthly and yearly admission targets. Provide market feedback and insights to improve admissions strategies. Represent the Tarnaka campus with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred). 1-3 years of experience in admissions counselling / student recruitment / inside sales. Strong communication skills in

English, Hindi, and Telugu

. Confident, approachable, and persuasive personality. Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools. Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also be considered.

9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

Pay: ₹14,437.88 - ₹20,000.00 per month
