Key Responsibilities
Counsel and guide students regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions process.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-in inquiries, and follow-ups with prospective students.
Generate admissions by converting leads into enrollments.
Maintain accurate student records and ensure smooth admission procedures.
Coordinate with the training and academic teams for student onboarding.
Achieve weekly and monthly admission & sales targets.
Requirements
Graduation or equivalent qualification.
1-3 years of experience in sales/admissions/counselling (preferably in the education or training sector).
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
