Your Key Responsibilities
Greet and guide parents with warmth and clarity
Explain our programs, curriculum, and school philosophy
Partner with local preschools
Team up with HR of local IT Companies
Handle walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and follow-ups
Conduct engaging school tours for parents
Maintain enquiry records and drive admission conversions
Coordinate with academic/admin teams for smooth onboarding
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication (English + Tamil preferred)
Friendly, confident, and good with people
Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp, and basic computer skills
Experience in admissions/customer service is a plus
High ownership and a positive attitude
