Key Responsibilities:
Handle student enquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, admission procedures, and career prospects.
Counsel students and parents to help them choose suitable academic programs based on their interests and goals.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain a strong conversion ratio.
Maintain student databases, enquiry logs, and daily reports.
Coordinate and participate in admission events, seminars, and promotional activities.
Assist students throughout the admission process--from enquiry to enrollment.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and academic departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education/Counselling background preferred).
Minimum
1 year experience
in admissions, counselling, or customer-facing roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools (preferred).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
