Role Description

This full-time on-site role, located in Chennai, involves assisting prospective students in their study abroad journey. The Admissions Counselor will provide guidance on university and course selection, assist with application and visa processes, and support students throughout their enrollment. Key responsibilities include advising students and families, delivering excellent customer service, building relationships, and meeting enrollment targets. The role also includes maintaining records and staying updated on global education trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills

Proficiency in Customer Service for guiding and interacting with students and families

Sales abilities for effectively promoting programs and achieving enrollment targets

Understanding of the Education landscape, especially in the context of international studies

Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
