The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing accurate information about the institution's programs, and supporting the enrolment targets through effective communication and follow-up activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel and guide students and parents regarding courses, admission procedures, and eligibility.
Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively to convert enquiries into admissions.
Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, and College visits as required.
Maintain updated records of enquiries, applications, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for admission-related activities.
Represent the institution professionally during field visits, fairs, and promotional events.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
MBA preferred; other Postgraduate graduates may also apply.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in counselling, admissions, or telecalling (Freshers with interest can also apply).
Skills & Attributes:
Average to good communication skills (English & Tamil).
Pleasant personality and approachable attitude.
Interest in telecalling and student interaction.
Willingness to travel for admission-related activities.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM preferred).
