An admission counselor guides prospective students and their families through the admissions process by providing information, assisting with applications, and building relationships to encourage enrollment. Key duties include advising on programs, conducting campus tours, processing applications, managing student communication, and representing the institution at recruitment events. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and often involves meeting enrollment targets and maintaining accurate records. Core responsibilities

Student advising:

Provide information about the institution, its programs, and admission requirements to prospective students and their families.

Application assistance:

Help students complete and submit applications, review credentials, and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted correctly.

Communication:

Serve as the first point of contact through phone, email, and in-person meetings, and maintain regular communication with students and parents.

Recruitment and outreach:

Conduct campus tours, participate in educational fairs and school visits, and contribute to recruitment strategies.

Record keeping:

Maintain admission records, track application statuses in a database, and generate reports for management.

Relationship building:

Build genuine relationships with students to understand their needs and motivations, and provide ongoing support throughout the admissions journey.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
