Engage with prospective parents and students through calls, emails, meetings, and school tours.
Present Campus K's vision, curriculum, and pedagogy confidently and persuasively.
Manage the end-to-end admission process: inquiries, application forms, entrance assessments (if any), interviews, and enrolments.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the school's CRM/admission tracker.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to schedule assessments, interactions, and onboarding.
Support and participate in admission events such as open houses, orientation sessions, and school fairs.
Provide regular reports on admission status, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
Ensure every prospective family experiences a smooth, positive, and professional admission journey.
Act as the point of contact with the school's marketing agency, coordinating on social media campaigns and related admission initiatives
