Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for admission-related inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Counsel prospective parents/students on curriculum, school culture, and the admission process.
Maintain follow-up communication with interested applicants to ensure conversions.
Organize and participate in school tours, open houses, admission fairs, and orientation programs.
Process application forms, verify documents, and maintain accurate student records.
Coordinate entrance tests, interviews, and interaction schedules with academic teams.
Ensure timely communication of admission decisions and assist in enrollment formalities.
Maintain and update the admissions database/CRM system.
Prepare periodic reports on inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions for management review.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and outreach.
Provide support during school events and parent engagement activities.

Monday to Saturday (specific hours as per school norms)
Flexibility to work on weekends during peak admission season
