Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails from prospective students and parents.
Counsel students regarding academic courses, admission requirements, and career options.
Provide detailed information about the institution's programs, policies, procedures, and eligibility criteria.
Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy admissions pipeline through CRM tools.
Assist in organizing open houses, webinars, campus tours, and promotional events.
Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to enhance enrollment strategies.
Meet weekly/monthly targets related to inquiries, applications, and admissions.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and documentation.
Stay updated with academic offerings, application deadlines, and admission guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or Communications preferred).
1-3 years of experience in student counseling, sales, or education industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,Hindi and Tamil.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable using CRM software, MS Office, and video conferencing tools.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Passion for education and student success.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of national and international academic programs is a plus.
Experience in online/hybrid learning environments is advantageous.
