Counsel students on Vidyalankar's course offering and convert enquiries to enrolments Contribute to the overall sales target by maintaining a constant communication channel with students in person and through the phone, email, and WhatsApp. Train & guide team members. Handling all types of enquiries Identifying bright students for Special batch Converting enquiries into admissions Handling all queries of enrolled students, parents Time to time counselling of students regarding performance Arrears recovery Rankers' batch formation. Lead generation. Planning for good conversion ratio. Conducting PTM. Conduction mentoring sessions. Conducting faculty assessment. Co-ordinating with accounts team for any cheque related issues.

Relevant Experience & Technical Skills

Any Graduate /PG 5 yrs in relevant industry. MS office

Soft Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to fluently speak in Hindi / Marathi The ability to immediately gel in teams and work with others

Working days & Work hours

6 days working 8.5 hours of daily working
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
