Key Responsibilities:
Make and receive calls from prospective students
Counsel students about courses and career options
Convert leads into confirmed admissions
Regular follow-ups to close enrollments
Maintain call data and daily reports
Achieve monthly targets
Desired Skills:
Excellent communication & persuasion skills
Comfortable with calling and sales targets
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic computer knowledge
Immediate joiners preferred
