Job Title: Admission Counsellor / Telemarketing Executive

Location: BTM Layout, Stage 2, Bangalore

Work Mode: Work From Office Only

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: Up to ?25,000 per month + Incentives

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in the education industry or relevant field

Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred

Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Admission Counsellors / Telemarketing Executives to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the education sector or in a similar tele-calling/admission counselling role. You will be responsible for driving admissions and building positive relationships with prospective students.

Scope of Work:

Tele-calling and engaging with potential students

Providing accurate information about various educational programs

Guiding candidates through the admission process

Achieving set admission targets

Skills Required:

Strong work ethics and professionalism

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Creative and strategic thinking

Patience and ability to handle objections

Strong sales ability and confidence

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage data received through CRM

Follow up with leads and convert them into successful admissions

Explain program details clearly and handle queries effectively

Stay updated with internal processes and course offerings

Collect necessary documents and coordinate fee submissions (Course/Visa/Documentation fees)

Maintain a positive and solution-focused attitude even under pressure

Submit daily/weekly reports and assist with additional administrative responsibilities as required

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Timely closure of admissions before batch start dates

Effective rapport building with candidates

Clear, professional, and persuasive communication

Quick adaptability to processes and product updates

Work From Office only (No remote/hybrid options)

Maximum budget is ?25,000 per month based on experience

Attractive incentives provided on performance

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the education industry is mandatory
