Key Responsibilities1. Student Counseling & Lead Handling
Call potential students and explain course details.
Understand their career goals and suggest suitable courses.
Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
2. Admission Process Support
Assist students in completing admission formalities.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and enrollment.
3. Follow-up and Reporting
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Maintain and update lead records in CRM/Excel.
Share daily reports with the Admission Manager.
Daily Tasks
Handle both inbound and outbound calls.
Schedule demo sessions and counseling appointments.
Maintain follow-ups until admission confirmation.
Report daily progress to management.
Required Qualifications
Minimum
12th Pass / Graduate
in any stream.
Basic understanding of sales or customer interaction.
Comfortable communicating in
English and Hindi
.
Experience Requirement
Experience:
0-1 year (Freshers can apply).
Prior experience in
counseling, telecalling, or education sales
will be an advantage.
Skills Required
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Positive attitude and convincing ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Sheets.
Time management and multitasking skills.

?12,500 - ?24,500 per month (based on experience).
