. We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented

Admission Counsellor cum Tele caller

for our

computer education institute located in Anna Nagar, Madurai

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, providing career guidance, and converting leads into admissions through effective counseling and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counseling & Admissions

Provide

detailed information

about courses, certifications, and career opportunities. Counsel students and parents on

choosing the right course

based on their career goals. Assist students in the

admission process

, including form filling and document submission. Maintain a

student database

and ensure timely follow-ups.

Telecalling & Lead Generation

Make

outbound calls

to prospective students from

inquiries, online leads, and referrals

. Explain

course benefits, fees, and batch schedules

effectively. Follow up with potential students to

convert inquiries into admissions

. Handle inbound calls and respond to

email and WhatsApp inquiries

.

Marketing & Promotion

Participate in

seminars, webinars, and career fairs

to promote courses. Distribute promotional materials and explain

institute benefits

. Work closely with the

marketing team

to execute outreach campaigns.

Student Support & Coordination

Guide students about

learning platforms, course materials, and payment procedures

. Coordinate with faculty and administration for

batch scheduling

. Address student

queries, concerns, and complaints

professionally.

Key Skills & Requirements:

? Excellent

(English & Regional Language)
? Strong

telecalling & customer handling

abilities
? Knowledge of

computer courses & IT industry trends

(preferred)
? Ability to

work with targets

and achieve admissions goals
? Proficiency in

MS Office, CRM software & basic computer operations

? Prior experience in

education counseling or telecalling

is a plus

Based on experience + Incentives for Admissions

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
