Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to incoming enquiries.
Explain course details, eligibility, fee structure, and admission procedures clearly.
Guide students in selecting the right program based on their interests and career goals.
Follow up with leads to ensure successful admission conversions.
Maintain and update student enquiry records.
Create short videos using a mobile phone for promotional or informational purposes.
Perform basic mobile video editing for social media content.
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks related to admissions.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
Plus Two / Degree
Female candidates only
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, email).
Ability to create and edit videos using a smartphone.
Pleasant personality, patient attitude, and willingness to learn.
