We are looking for a

responsible and professional Admission Counselor / Tele Caller

to join our team in Electronic City, Bangalore. The role involves interacting with candidates, providing counseling, and managing follow-ups with high professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential candidates Provide accurate counseling regarding courses/programs Monitor candidate progress and maintain follow-up records Address candidate queries and guide them through the admission process Maintain CRM/candidate data with accuracy Ensure professional communication and timely reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent

English communication skills

(verbal & written) Ability to work in

late shifts up to 2:00 AM

Strong interpersonal and counseling skills Highly

responsible, disciplined, and professional

Prior experience as a telecaller or admission counselor is a plus
