Position: Marketing Executives / Marketing Managers

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the school in Bathinda region.

Conduct field visits, counseling sessions, seminars, and school awareness campaigns.

Build strong relationships with parents, coaching centers, and community partners.

Plan and organize events, parent meets, and promotional activities.

Generate leads, follow-up, and ensure admissions targets are met.

Market analysis and competitor tracking for effective positioning.

Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.

0-5 years of experience in education marketing, sales, or customer relations.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under deadlines and achieve targets.

Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred).

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
