Key Responsibilities:
Convert potential leads into enrollments through effective communication (calls, WhatsApp, emails).
Deliver engaging, ethical, and persuasive sales pitches.
Guide students in making informed career choices related to tech and upskilling programs.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any stream (pass-out years: 2021-2024).
Minimum
1 year of sales experience
, preferably in the education or edtech sector.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly ambitious, self-motivated, and driven by results.
Strong integrity, discipline, and professionalism in every interaction.
