Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Admission Counsellor

to join our team at

Euro International School, Sikar

. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving student admissions by effectively communicating the school's value proposition, understanding parental concerns, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end

admission counselling

for prospective parents and students. Manage

walk-ins, phone inquiries, email queries, and follow-ups

professionally and promptly. Maintain

accurate records

of inquiries, visits, applications, and enrollment status. Provide detailed and customized

school tours

to prospective families. Explain the

curriculum, extracurricular activities, school policies

, and overall vision of the school. Collaborate with the

marketing team

for admission campaigns and outreach activities. Organize and participate in

school events, open houses, and educational fairs

. Ensure timely completion of documentation and onboarding for new students. Regularly update

student admission MIS/reports

for management review. Maintain confidentiality and uphold high levels of

customer service and professionalism

Familiarity with CRM tools or school ERP systems is a plus Proficiency in

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, Management, or related fields) Prior experience in

school admissions, counselling, or front-office roles
