We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Admissions Counsellor to guide prospective students through program selection, admission processes, and enrolment decisions. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication, strong sales orientation, and the ability to solve problems effectively while maintaining a positive student experience.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students via calls, messages, and in-person meetings regarding courses, eligibility, and career outcomes.
Convert student queries into successful admissions through consultative sales techniques.
Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate courses/programs.
Maintain and nurture leads through follow-ups, counselling sessions, and relationship-building.
Provide accurate program information and resolve queries related to curriculum, fees, batch schedules, etc.
Track inquiries, applications, and enrolments using CRM tools.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, admission drives, and outreach events.
Collaborate with academic & marketing teams for lead generation and communication strategies.
