Job Description

A Sales and Admission Counselling Executive is responsible for guiding prospective students through the entire admission process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, while also meeting sales targets. Key duties include providing information about programs, handling applications, conducting interviews, and building relationships with potential students through phone calls, emails, and recruitment events. This role requires strong communication, sales, and administrative skills to manage leads and achieve enrollment goals. Key responsibilities

Counseling and guidance:

Provide detailed information on academic programs, admission requirements to prospective students.

Sales and lead management:

Conduct sales calls, follow up with leads, and manage the sales pipeline to convert inquiries into enrollments.

Application management:

Guide students through the application process, review their applications, and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted correctly.

Record keeping:

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress using a CRM or other database software.

Recruitment activities:

Participate in recruitment events, such as college fairs, campus tours, and information sessions.

Collaboration:

Work with marketing and other departments to align recruitment strategies and ensure a smooth admission process.

Goal achievement:

Meet or exceed enrollment targets set by management.
Required skills and qualifications

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills. Strong understanding of academic programs, admission policies, and the education industry. Proficiency with computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software. Ability to build rapport with students and their families. Goal-oriented and able to meet sales targets. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is often required. Previous experience in sales, counseling, or admissions is preferred.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
