The Student Admission Counselor will support students who are interested in pursuing Sports Management Diploma courses by providing clear guidance on course details, practical exposure, and career opportunities in the sports industry. The role focuses on student counseling, admission support, and ensuring a smooth and positive enrollment experience while contributing to the organization's admission goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with students interested in Sports Management Diploma courses.
Explain course structure, subjects, practical exposure, live projects, internships, and career opportunities in the sports industry.
Develop strategies to achieve enrollment targets for sports programs.
Guide students through the complete admission and enrollment process.
Answer student queries through calls, messages, and regular follow-ups.
Help students choose the right course based on their interests and career goals.
Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and admissions.
Ensure a smooth and supportive admission experience for every student.
Work towards achieving enrollment targets set by the organization.
Lead in admission events, webinars, and counseling sessions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and smooth completion of admission processes.
