Key Responsibilities
Interact with walk-in clients and handle phone inquiries.
Provide counseling based on the services/products offered by the company.
Understand client needs and suggest appropriate solutions or programs.
Maintain follow-ups with potential clients to ensure conversions.
Handle basic administrative tasks and maintain records.
Assist in scheduling sessions, meetings, or demos as required.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
