Job Role: Business Development Executive (Study Abroad)
As a
BDE
, you'll be responsible for
promoting Standyou's study abroad programs
and
helping students find the right courses, universities, and scholarships
.
Your ultimate goal is to
convert inquiries into enrollments
and build
strong, long-term relationships
with students.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition
Identify and connect with students aspiring to study abroad.
Promote Standyou's services according to their goals.
Counseling & Consultation
Understand each student's academic profile, interests, and budget.
Suggest suitable programs, scholarships, or test-prep options.
Sales & Enrollments
Convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, and counseling sessions.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Relationship Management
Maintain continuous engagement with students and parents.
Support them through the entire admission process.
Market Insights
Stay updated on country-wise study trends, visa policies, and scholarships.
Provide feedback to improve marketing and service offerings.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain lead reports and conversion data.
Work closely with marketing and operations teams for smooth workflow.
Candidate Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (any stream)
Experience:
Minimum 1.5 years in
Sales, Counselling, or IT/Education Sales
Skills:
Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills
