to help students secure admissions in top universities in UK, Russia (MBBS), and India (Management Quota). We are looking for aggressive, money-minded sales professionals who want to earn high incentives.

The Role:

We are

not

looking for customer support agents. We need

Sales Hunters

. Your only goal is to convert student leads into paid admissions. You will be calling parents and students from our provided database (NEET/JEE aspirants & Study Abroad leads).

Key Responsibilities:

?

Outbound Calling:

Make 80-100 calls daily to potential students/parents (Data provided by us). ?

Counselling:

Guide students on MBBS Abroad (Russia/Georgia) and Management Quota seats in India. ?

Closing:

Convince parents to pay the "Booking/Processing Fee" to secure their child's seat. ?

Follow-up:

Maintain aggressive follow-ups on WhatsApp and Zoom until the student pays. ?

Documentation:

Assist in basic documentation collection (Mark sheets, KYC) for the application.

Who Can Apply? (Requirements):

?

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years in

EdTech Sales

(Byju's, Unacademy, UpGrad) or

Overseas Education Consultancy

. ?

Skill:

Excellent Hindi communication (to talk to parents) + Decent English. ?

Mindset:

Must be comfortable with targets. If you are afraid of "Sales Targets," please do not apply. ?

Tech:

Must have own Laptop and good WiFi connection.
