Role: Skill Hiring Counsellor
Location:
Remote / Work From Home
Open to applicants across India
Employment Type:
Full-Time / Part-Time
Responsibilities:
Counsel students and working professionals about Eduooz's courses and career paths
Understand candidate interests and guide them toward suitable programs
Handle inbound queries (calls, chats, emails) and convert leads into enrollments
Maintain follow-ups with potential candidates and ensure smooth onboarding
Coordinate with academic and support teams for timely assistance to students
Requirements:
Strong communication skills (English & regional languages a plus)
Experience in counseling, sales, EdTech, or academic support preferred
Self-driven, with a student-first mindset
Basic computer & CRM knowledge
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome!
