Position: Education Counselor
Work Location: Remote (Work From Home - India)
Company: Dubai-based Education Consultant
Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years in education counselling/admissions recruiting students in Study Abroad Programs
Salary: Rs. 25000 - Rs.35000 Basic Salary based on experience + incentives for lead conversions
Working Hours: UAE timings preferred
Job Responsibilities
Counsel students on Study Abroad program and international university programs
Explain course details, approvals, accreditation, and career outcomes
Handle WhatsApp, calls, and email inquiries professionally
Follow up on leads and achieve monthly enrollment targets
Maintain student records and update CRM
Provide accurate guidance on program structure, fees, and admission process
Requirements
Mandatory prior experience in education counselling/admission roles
Excellent communication skills
Strong convincing, follow-up, and closing skills
Ability to work independently with discipline
Must have a laptop, stable internet, and a quiet workspace
Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
