We are looking for a passionate and energetic

Admission Counsellor Trainee

to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who want to build a career in

counselling, student admissions, and customer engagement

.

Guide students and parents about courses, programs, and admission processes. Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and follow-ups. Counsel prospective students through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Maintain student records and update admission databases. Support the admission team in organizing orientations, workshops, and events. Achieve enrolment targets as set by the management.

Requirements

Graduate in BTECH preffered (freshers can apply). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet). Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. Passion for guiding and assisting students.
