Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents on available programs, courses, eligibility, and admission processes.
Handle inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins, ensuring quick and professional responses.
Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions by following up consistently and effectively.
Explain university tie-ups, fee structures, scholarships, and placement opportunities.
Maintain accurate student records in CRM and update lead status regularly.
Support students with document submission, application forms, and fee payment guidance.
Work closely with the marketing team to nurture leads generated through campaigns.
Participate in admission events, workshops, and outreach activities.
Achieve individual and team admission targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree (mandatory); MBA/PG in Marketing or Education Management (preferred).
0-3 years of experience in student counseling/admissions/education sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English + local/regional language).
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
Target-driven, disciplined, and professional approach.
