We are looking for a competent admission counsellor to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the school.
The Admission Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing accurate information about programs, eligibility criteria, and institutional policies. The role involves handling inquiries, conducting counselling sessions, evaluating applications, and supporting students in making informed decisions about their education. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
Job Duties:
Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
Perform receptionist duties when needed
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent Communicaton skills in ENGLISH
Proven experience in admission counselling or in another relevant administrative role
Thorough understanding of office management procedures
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
Proficiency in MS Office and computers
