Key Responsibilities
Handle parent enquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, emails)
Explain school programs, curriculum, and fee structure
Conduct school tours and counselling sessions for parents
Follow up with prospective parents and close admissions
Maintain admission records and reports
Coordinate with academic and admin teams during admissions
Eligibility & Skills
Graduate (any discipline preferred)
1-3 years experience in school admissions / counselling / sales / customer service
Excellent communication skills (English & local language preferred)
Pleasant personality and parent-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp)
