Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and online platforms to provide educational counseling.
Understand and identify the needs of students to recommend suitable educational programs.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and effective selling techniques.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information.
Conduct follow-ups with students to ensure their needs are met and to encourage enrollments.
Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to optimize student acquisition strategies.
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of educational programs and student needs.
Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools.
