Consultative Selling:
Conduct personalized counseling sessions (via phone, video, or in-person) with prospective students and parents, effectively articulating the value proposition of our programs and aligning them with the student's needs.
Pipeline Management:
Proactively manage and nurture leads from various sources (e.g., marketing campaigns, events) using a CRM system to ensure a high conversion rate.
Follow-Up Strategy:
Implement a structured and persuasive follow-up strategy for all inquiries and applications in the sales pipeline.
Expert Guidance:
Provide accurate and comprehensive information on program details, curriculum, eligibility criteria, and fee structure.
Documentation:
Ensure all application and enrollment documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Marketing, Academic, and Finance teams to streamline the student admission process and address potential roadblocks.
Must-Have Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable, successful experience in educational sales, admissions counseling, or a similar target-driven consultative sales role within the education industry (e.g., colleges/universities, EdTech, test prep, vocational training).
Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding demanding sales/enrollment targets.
Skills and Attributes:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
Strong organizational skills and proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace.
High level of empathy and professionalism, coupled with a results-oriented, high-energy sales approach.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
