The Admission Counselor is responsible for guiding and assisting prospective students throughout the admission process. This role involves providing accurate information about academic programs, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities while supporting the institution in achieving its enrollment goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel and guide students and parents on courses, admission procedures, and career prospects.
Handle and respond to inquiries via phone calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Manage student applications, documentation, and timely follow-ups.
Maintain accurate student records in the CRM system and meet assigned admission targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
0-1 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or education sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Only Female Candidate required.
