Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Admission Counsellor

with a strong understanding of technical education (such as Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields). The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, understanding their educational needs, and recommending suitable technical programs offered by our institution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion:

Engage with inbound leads through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings to provide information about technical courses and convert leads into enrollments.

Student Counselling:

Understand the academic and career goals of prospective students and suggest appropriate courses (e.g., coding bootcamps, data science programs, cloud computing certifications, etc.)

Follow-ups:

Maintain regular contact with leads to provide ongoing support and address queries throughout the decision-making process.

Program Knowledge:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical programs, curriculum details, career paths, and industry trends to effectively counsel students.

Documentation:

Assist students with application forms, fee payments, scholarships, and other documentation required for enrollment.

Management:

Update and manage the system with lead interactions, statuses, and notes.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing and academic teams to align communication, promotions, and onboarding processes. Interested Students share you CV
