Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Student Counselor / Admission Counselor

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, providing career counseling, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role is critical in helping prospective students understand the value of our digital marketing programs and assisting them in making informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert counseling to prospective students regarding courses, career options, and the digital marketing industry. Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, and convert them into successful admissions. Conduct follow-ups with leads and maintain a strong relationship to drive conversions. Assist students through the entire admission process, including course selection, application, enrollment, and payment follow-up. Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate record-keeping of student interactions. Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to align on campaign goals and student expectations. Participate in webinars, education fairs, and open houses as required. Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing education and career opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Counseling, Psychology, or Business Administration). Minimum

2 years of experience

in counseling, student admissions, or educational sales. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
