to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for student counseling, admission process handling, lead generation, and promoting our courses/institute. The position requires frequent travel for seminars, school/college visits, and admission campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct student counseling sessions (in-person, telephonic & online) about courses and career opportunities.
Handle the complete admission process from lead generation to enrollment.
Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and education fairs for promotional activities.
Organize seminars, workshops, and branding events to increase admission leads.
Follow up with potential students and maintain strong relationships.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
Achieve admission targets within given timelines.
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for smooth operation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any Graduate/PG (Education/Marketing background preferred).
Strong communication & presentation skills.
Convincing and counseling ability.
Must be comfortable with extensive travelling.
Good command of MS Office & CRM tools (optional).
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
