Counsel students and parents for 8th-10th ICSE, 11th-12th Science, JEE, NEET & CET admissions.
Understand academic background, interests, and recommend appropriate batches/courses.
Explain syllabus, exam patterns, career options, and course benefits confidently.
Lead Handling & Conversion
Convert walk-ins, enquiries, and phone leads into admissions.
Conduct regular follow-up calls and maintain conversion tracking sheets.
Update and monitor leads in ERP/Google Sheets on a daily basis.
Calling & Follow-Up
Make daily fresh calls to new leads from offline/online sources.
Follow up on pending enquiries and ensure timely conversion.
Call parents/students for pending fees and academic updates.
Front Desk & Enquiry Management
Attend walk-in enquiries professionally and provide complete information.
Maintain enquiry register, follow-up records, and counselling notes.
Guide parents/students regarding batches, timings, faculty, fees, and study plans.
Academic Support & Coordination
Inform students and faculty about timetable changes, class revisions, and schedules.
Coordinate with teaching staff for student updates and academic requirements.
Assist in organizing seminars, counselling sessions, and academic events.
Marketing & Lead Generation Support
Participate in school/college visits for building enquiry pipelines.
Support marketing team in capturing testimonials, promoting events, and campaigns.
Maintain positive relations with parents, students, and institutional networks.
Administrative Updates & Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly reports on admissions, enquiries, and conversions.
Handle SMS/email communication through ERP.
Maintain documentation, records, and relevant student information.
Variable Responsibilities
Follow up with absentee students and inform parents about attendance.
Assist academic team with weekly/monthly test coordination and hall arrangements.
Enter test marks in ERP and inform parents about performance results.
Support Admin team with materials distribution (notes, books, stationery).
Assist in education fairs, promotional activities, and student engagement programs.
Maintain discipline at the front desk and ensure all visitors are attended promptly.
Handle basic ERP, documentation, and student data-related tasks as required.
Address student/parent concerns and escalate important issues to the Admin Head.
Help the finance team with fee-related clarifications and record updates.
Any additional counselling or academic support work during admission season.
Overall Duty
Perform any other task assigned by the Admin Head or Management as per your role and responsibilities.
