Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their parents. Handle inquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins) and provide information about the school's curriculum, philosophy, facilities, teaching methods.
Guide parents/students through the admission process from inquiry to enrollment. This includes counselling sessions, campus tours, open house events.
Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, convert enquiries into admissions, meet assigned targets.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions, follow-ups, enquiries and outcomes, using CRM / database tools. Prepare and submit reports regularly.
Participate in / assist with admission marketing campaigns, events, open houses etc.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure all documentation, scheduling, and onboarding of new students runs smoothly.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Sometimes preference for Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
Experience: Typically
2-4 years
in sales, marketing, customer-facing role, counselling or admissions. Preferably experience working in education / school sector.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, persuasive ability.
Good organizational abilities, time management, ability to meet deadlines & targets.
Technical skills: Familiarity with CRM / admissions management tools; proficiency in MS Office etc.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
