Guide parents through the admission process, from initial enquiry to final enrollment.
Maintain updated records of admissions, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Organize and participate in admission-related events, school tours, and orientations.
Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
Meet admission targets set by the management.
Maintain professionalism in communication and uphold the reputation of the school.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a reputed institution.
Minimum
4 years of experience
as an Admission Counsellor (or similar role) in a reputed organization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
Only female candidates
will be considered for this role.
