1. Lead Generation & Follow-up

Respond promptly to admission inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and social media. Just Dial/ google leads/ whatsap ads leads .

Maintain a database of interested parents and follow up regularly.

Organize and conduct school tours for prospective parents.

2. Counseling & Relationship Building

Understand the child's and parent's needs to recommend suitable programs (Playgroup, Nursery, etc.).

Clearly explain curriculum, facilities, daily routines, safety, and school policies.

Build rapport with parents and act as a trusted advisor throughout the admission process.

3. Admission Process Management

Guide parents through application, documentation, and fee payment.

Ensure accuracy in admission paperwork and student records.

Coordinate with the accounts and admin team for smooth onboarding.

4. Marketing & Outreach Support

Support school marketing efforts (e.g., events, open houses, social media promotions).

Flyers circulation

active participation for school camp/ outdoor event/PTM- for maximum reach.

Participate in community outreach to promote the preschool locally.

Share feedback and insights on parent preferences and concerns.

5. Reporting & Communication

Maintain daily reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Communicate effectively with the center team about new admissions and expected joining.
