The Admission Counsellor plays a key role in driving enrolments by engaging with prospective parents, managing the lead pipeline, coordinating internally for service readiness, and onboarding caregivers. The role requires strong communication and coordination skills, with a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and follow up with prospective parent enquiries across various platforms.
Clearly explain the program details, fee structure, and onboarding process.
Guide parents through each step of the enrolment journey.
Update and maintain lead data in the CRM system (Salesforce).
Track enquiry status and ensure timely follow-ups and closure.
Coordinate with the HR and Operations teams to check caregiver availability and readiness.
Speak with shortlisted caregivers, share relevant parent/location details.
Arrange and schedule calls between parents, caregivers (CGs), and the Operations team to ensure alignment.
Offer job opportunities based on the match between parent requirements and caregiver profiles.
Confirm caregiver acceptance and coordinate next steps for onboarding.
Work towards achieving assigned monthly admission targets.
Collect and organize enquiry data systematically.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in admissions, customer service, recruitment coordination, or similar roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
