Key Responsibilities
Student Recruitment and Outreach
:
Develop and implement strategies to attract prospective students.
Represent the school at fairs, open houses, and community events.
Build relationships with local feeder schools, parents, and educational organizations.
Counseling and Support
:
Provide one-on-one counseling to prospective families about school programs, values, and admission criteria.
Address inquiries and concerns promptly via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
Admission Process Management
:
Guide families through the application process, from inquiry to enrollment.
Review applications for completeness and accuracy.
Schedule interviews, tests, and campus visits as part of the evaluation process.
Marketing and Communications
:
Collaborate on marketing campaigns, including digital and print materials.
Maintain an active presence on social media platforms and manage the admission webpage.
Record Keeping and Reporting
:
Maintain accurate admission records and generate reports on enrollment trends.
Analyze recruitment metrics to inform strategies for improving admissions outcomes.
Collaboration

Work with teachers, administrative staff, and other departments to coordinate admission-related activities.

Job Specification (JS): Admission Counselor for SchoolEducation and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience in admissions, counseling, or education is an advantage.
