Key Responsibilities:

? Provide personalized academic and career counseling, addressing inquiries on programs, eligibility, admissions, fees, and scholarships.

? Educate prospective students about program features, pedagogy, and career outcomes.

Manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling and handling inbound inquiries.

Consistently convert leads into enrollments while achieving monthly targets.

?? Maintain transparent communication with students and parents throughout the process.

Follow up on enrollment confirmations and collaborate with internal teams to hit admissions goals.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive programs, and evolving career opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of all counseling interactions in the CRM system.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree (Education, Psychology, or related field preferred).

0.6 - 4 years of experience in academic counseling, career guidance, or admissions.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).

Strong understanding of education systems and career pathways (training provided).

? Fluency in English and Hindi

is mandatory.


Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.


Flexibility to work 6 days a week from the office with a rotational weekly off.
